The City of Dickinson, Texas (the “City”), is now accepting sealed proposals for a Public Improvement District

(PID) administration consultant service. Sealed proposals must be received by 2 P.M. CST, Wednesday, April

29, 2026. The clock located at the reception desk in City Hall will be the official time. Proposals received after

this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable.

Immediately following the due date and time, proposals that have been timely received will be publicly opened,

in a manner that does not reveal their contents, in the lobby of City Hall, 4403 State Highway 3, Dickinson TX

77539. The contents of all proposals will remain confidential until after a contract has been awarded by City

Council.

The deadline for questions concerning this RFP is April 15, 2026, at 5:30p.m. The addendum deadline is April

22, 2026, at 5:30p.m.
