(a)
If a person is required by Chapter 62 of the Texas Code of Criminal
Procedure to register with a local law enforcement agency because of a
violation involving a victim who was less than seventeen (17) years of age, it
is unlawful for that person to establish a permanent residence, establish a
temporary residence, or to be a recurring visitor at a residence, located
within 2,000 feet of any premises where children commonly gather including but
not limited to, a school, day care center, playground, public or private youth
center, public swimming pool or video arcade facility, as those terms are
defined in Sections 341.064 and 481.134 of the Health and Safety Code of the
State of Texas and Section 42.002 of the

provides Registered sex offender information via this website. This information
is inclusive of registered sex offenders within the City of Dickinson, Texas.
This information is valid as of the last database update. The Dickinson Police Department cannot guarantee the records you obtain through this site relate to the person about whom you are seeking information. Searches based on names, dates of birth and other alphanumeric identifiers are not always accurate. The only way to positively link someone to a criminal record is through fingerprint verification.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon & 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon & 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon & 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM NOTE: Appointments must be made with the registering official at least 24 hours in advance. It is the registrant’s responsibility to schedule an appointment in a timely manner to comply with the registration date requirements. Proof of identification and residency will be required at the time of registration.
