The Dickinson Police Department shares a record management system with
the Galveston County Sheriff's Office and the Santa Fe Police
Department. The Galveston County Sheriff's Office hosts a Police
to Citizen page where you can search police events, browse daily bulletins,
obtain accident reports, search wanted files, and search inmate status. It
should be noted that the page contains a combined listing for all three
agencies.
Event
Search - This function will provide all the arrests, accident reports and
other events for the time period specified. You can limit the search by
entering a name or an address. There is a mapping function to view the
event locations. Pop-up Blockers MUST be disabled to view reports. Contact
your Internet Service Provider if you don't know how to disable the pop-up
blockers. This information is primarily used to allow
individuals to access reports when needed.
Daily
Bulletin - This function provides a listing of incidents, accidents,
arrest, and citations that occurred on a particular day.
Crash
(Accident) Reports - Crash reports are traffic accident reports.
To obtain an accident report you must supply one of the driver's names,
the date of the accident, and either the driver's license number, the
accident report number, or the driver's insurance policy number.
Wanted
List - The wanted list provides and alphabetic list of subject having
criminal warrants. The list includes the suspect's name, age, sex,
race, last known address, charge, and type warrant. As
with all wanted criminals you are reminded to never attempt to apprehend a
fugitive yourself. If you have information on any of these fugitives
contact the Dickinson Police Department or your local Law Enforcement
Agency.
Inmate
Inquiry - This function allows you to search for information on
inmates currently in the Galveston County or City of Dickinson
jails. You may scroll an alphabetic list or search based on first or
last name.
